The Solicomp GmbH, announces the complete takeover of Hauber & Graf electronics GmbH.

The groundbreaking agreement for both companies was sealed in a Munich notary’s office in the presence of the three leading figures Josef Calcagno, Frank Holz and Rainer Hillenbrand. The close cooperation with Hauber & Graf Electronics GmbH is now completed with the full takeover by Solicomp GmbH.

Both companies have firmly established themselves as independent and owner-managed specialist distributors in their respective segments over decades.
